You have the option to rent or purchase your dress. Previously rented dresses are marked down from their original price so you can get a like new dress at a great rate.
Yes, a $20 completely refundable deposit is charged along with the rental fee. When the dress is returned on time and undamaged, the deposit will be returned. A one day late return will receive 50% of the deposit and no deposit will be refunded for two or more days late.
A: We work with a talented in-house seamstress who can provide alterations as needed. Alterations on dress purchases are an additional fee. For dress rentals, the only alterations we do are adjustments to the dress length if taller shoes or a slip do not suffice. Approval for these alterations are up to our discretion and are not an extra charge to you.
A: No, the cleaning fee is included in the rental rate. .
A: Renter agrees to care for the dress to the best of her ability. Normal wear and tear may include minor stains, odors, small tears on seams, missing beads, and stuck zippers. Damage beyond that may include stains that do not come out after normal professional dry cleaning, tears that are beyond one inch in length, burns, etc. Renter will be charged a reasonable fee to have damage repaired as determined by Trendy & True, minimum of $15. If dress is non-repairable, renter may be charged a replacement cost for the dress, not to exceed $250. **Please be careful when applying hairspray, make-up, and deodorant, as these products can permanently damage the dress.**
A: Please return your dress or tuxedo rental during our business hours from 4-6 pm on the Monday after your event. If you are unable to drop it off during these hours, you may drop it off during Suzanne’s Celebrations business hours from 9 am – 4 pm (deposit return may be delayed).
A: No…most of my dresses are purchased new to ensure that we have the latest styles. BUT…if you have a dress that is new within the past 1-4 years, is modest, and is in good condition, I would consider taking it on consignment.
